As an Affiliate Referral Partner, you will be part of our growth ecosystem, working remotely across Texas to identify prospective clients who would benefit from Elevate’s services and submitting warm referrals through your affiliate links. You choose when and how you prospect (digital, community, or professional networks) and you’ll track everything in a simple, transparent dashboard.

You will play a key role in expanding access to approachable, affordable consulting. You will share our mission, generate qualified referrals, and help more families and founders get the help they need. Your success is measured by qualified conversions—not by hours clocked—so you retain full autonomy while contributing to real outcomes in your community.

Responsibilities

• Build awareness of Elevate’s services within your network and communities across Texas.

• Generate and submit qualified referrals via your secure affiliate links; track status end‑to‑end.

• Share approved customer‑facing content (ads, posts, one‑pagers, events) to drive interest ethically and compliantly.

• (Top Performers—with permission) host or participate in low‑lift virtual info sessions using firm‑provided talking points.

• Maintain accurate notes on outreach activities and referral context.

• Uphold brand standards and comply with all applicable marketing and tax practice regulations.

• Provide periodic feedback on messaging, audience fit, and offer positioning.

• Protect client privacy and sensitive data; follow our Affiliate Compliance Guide at all times.

Requirements

• Texas residency and authorization to work as an independent contractor in the U.S.

• Strong reputation for integrity; comfortable representing mission‑driven professional services.

• Natural connector with community, professional, or digital networks (no cold‑calling required).

• Basic digital proficiency (web apps, email, social platforms) and reliable internet access.

• Ability to follow simple qualification criteria and data‑privacy best practices.

• Willingness to operate as a 1099 contractor (provide W‑9; receive 1099‑NEC; use own tools).

• High School Diploma or equivalent education  

Nice‑to: Have basic tax familiarity (for referral context only—no client tax advice), small‑business connections/network, Be a nonprofit organization wishing to refer and earn for your cause, or creator/online community leadership (e.g., local associations, chambers, alumni/groups).

What Counts as a “Qualified Sale”

A referral is considered a qualified sale when:

1. The referred prospect meets our basic fit criteria as disclosed in the program,
   
   and

2. The referred client completes a paid engagement for the eligible service it was referred to (e.g., tax prep & planning package) within the program’s attribution window.

Compensation & Terms 

• Commission: $30 per qualified sale; no caps.

• Payouts: Paid on a regular cycle after the minimum is met and the client’s first paid engagement is received.

• Recurring Opportunities: Select services may offer repeat earning opportunities when clients renew with eligible products (details provided in program terms).

• Contractor Status: This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity and does not offer employee benefits. You set your schedule, ensure methods are compliant to program terms, and handle your own expenses.

• Compliance: All content and outreach must follow Elevate’s affiliate guidelines and applicable federal/state marketing rules.

Why no salary range? As a commission‑only 1099 role, there is no fixed salary. Earnings depend on the number of qualified sales you generate. What you earn is dependent upon your referral network abilities and can range from 0-2400 a month.

• No employee benefits or equipment are provided; you use your own tools.

• All outreach must be truthful, non‑misleading, and privacy‑safe.

• Follow the Affiliate Agreement, Brand Guidelines, and Acceptable Use policies.

How to Get Started

1. Apply online (Texas residents). Outside TX? Choose “Out of State” to join the Regional Talent Pool.

2. If selected, we will reach out to you for next steps.

3. Complete onboarding: sign the Affiliate Referral Partner (1099) agreement, submit W‑9, and choose your payout method.

4. Receive portal access and activate your affiliate link.

5. Start submitting qualified referrals—monitor status and payouts in your dashboard.
